He is a Senior HR/Recruitment Consultant with over thirty years-experience working with client organizations in aligning HR requirements to meet their organizational objectives. Tod has led large scale recruitment teams within Fortune 1000 companies, as well as Talent Acquisition programs for smaller organizations. Tod has proven success building world class recruiting infrastructure within organizations to drive desired results. His greatest talent is resolving his clients’ unique HR situations. Tod has enjoyed building organizations from “mist and vapor to brick and mortar”: Initial idea to sustainable success.

Talent acquisition professional and business growth strategist with over 20 years of experience driving expansion and building exceptional teams focused on quality and performance. Joined Nuera Resource Management Group (now N4) in 2018 working in a matrix environment to support full cycle talent acquisition for various clients. Her experience at N4 has been defined by a relentless pursuit of growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Prior entrepreneurial experience further deepens Sara's understanding of the short and long-term aspects of business. These encompass staffing large scale recruitment projects, raising capital, process improvement, and delivering impactful sales and marketing programs with measurable results. Sara is passionate about people - understanding their motivations, achievements, successes and reasons for failure. She is constantly looking for ways to improve her client's strategic roadmap for optimal organizational excellence.
