Customer Challenge: Large Packaging Organization was encountering severe difficulties in their business operations and was on the brink of bankruptcy. NUera4 Solutions (N4) was brought in to be part of one of four (4) major initiatives (HR) to evaluate and reorganize the organization’s current infrastructure. In the initial evaluation, it was determined there were several ways to improve contingent labor spend, develop processes to improve resource time-to-fill and lower employee attrition for the company. Result: Developed a “Cost Plus” model that lowered the overall expense of contingent labor by $1.5m; improved resource time-to-fill and employee turnover by over 50%. Results were directly tied to the establishment of a creative vendor management program. N4 was hailed a “major contributor” for the organization’s dramatic turnaround. The company eventually became a Fortune 100 company.

Customer Challenge: Medicaid fraud was uncovered by the FBI with a major player in the Managed Health Care industry. NUera4 Solutions (N4) was retained six (6) months after the FBI raid occurred to rebuild and overcome the negative perception of the company. "Sourcing Model" Solution
Customer challenge: NUera4 Solutions (N4) was brought in by a large retail corporation to evaluate and restructure their North America B2B Sales Talent Acquisition program. Sales were plummeting as a result of their inability to source qualified sales account executives in various regions of North America. District Directors were on the verge of losing their positions as a result of the gap in filling these critical roles. Result: After an initial 30-day assessment and evaluation of the current structure, it was ascertained that major changes needed to be made. Recruitment training for proactive sourcing was implemented to improve time to fill roles and 3rd party search firm costs. Seventy-four (74) hires were made internally and a creative employer brand marketing effort was developed which further supplemented Talent Acquisition roles in suffering markets and boosted sales. Changes made to the retail B2B sales organization still remain in place to this day.
